Positive: Quiet location, balcony, two coffee makers: drip and capsule.

Negative: There was no soap or dishwashing liquid. It's no fun washing hands or a single fork with shower gel. The building has a very strange layout. There are rooms reachable by going up to the top floor than down one floor.

Summary: Summer: Very good "crash site" (sleep, bath, eat). I assume winter is even better.
